Access Statement

Pry House (NE47 0BL) is reached by a private tarmac drive next to Flothers farmhouse on the road from Slalely village to Slaley Hall. The entrance is opposite the farm’s  B&B signpost and is marked ‘Pry House’ and ‘Pry Cottage,’ belonging to our neighbour. Pry House is 300 metres or so straight ahead with a gravel forecourt. Parking is at the side of the house.

Entry to Pry House is through the porch, which has an outside step. There is another raised step leading  to the living room which has a natural stone floor. The staircase, ten steps, runs down the middle of the house and has a handrail. The guest bedrooms are to the left with one step in the corridor and another in front of the main bedroom. The bathroom has a stone floor and a walk-in shower with a lip to access onto the shower tray.

• Both bedrooms have room to accommodate an assistance dog.
• Guests will be personally informed of fire and health precautions.
• The upstairs hallway and living room next to the porch exit have wired fire alarms installed. Our fire-safety card is displayed in the bedroom. Please also advise us if you would be unable to hear an alarm if it sounded in the event of a fire.
• The breakfast menu and is designed to meet personal tastes, but please ensure you raise any issues such as allergens.
